Typicalregimensincludecefoxitin（头孢西丁）orcefotetan（头孢替坦）plusdoxycycline（强力霉素）,andclindamycin（氯林可霉素）plusgentamicin（庆大霉素）.Analternativeparenteralregimenisampicillin（氨苄青霉素）/sulbactamplusdoxycycline.Erythromycin（红霉素）-basedmedicationscanalsobeused.Anotheralternativeistouseaparenteralregimenwithceftriaxone（头孢曲松）orcefoxitinplusdoxycycline.Clinicalexperienceguidesdecisionsregardingtransitionfromparenteraltooraltherapy,whichusuallycanbeinitiatedwithin24–48hoursofclinicalimprovement.
关于抗生素这个方面嘛，我也不是太懂啦，ICU里各个都是用抗生素的高手，到时候轮转的时候要好好学习学习。
Prognosis预后
EvenwhenthePIDinfectioniscured,effectsoftheinfectionmaybepermanent.Thismakesearlyidentificationessential.（虽然PID治好了，但是PID留下的一些组织的破坏等等是不可修复的）
Treatmentresultingincureisveryimportantinthepreventionofdamagetothereproductivesystem.（所以要早期治疗啊，不然等下不孕了怎么办）
FormationofscartissueduetooneorepisodesofPIDcanleadtotubalblockage,increasingtheriskoftheinabilitytogetpregnantandlong-termpelvic/abdominalpain.（不孕就算了还有可能导致长时间的下腹痛那不是更痛苦）
Certainoccurrencessuchasapostpelvicoperation,theperiodoftimeimmediatelyafterchildbirth(postpartum),miscarriageorabortionincreasetheriskofacquiringanotherinfectionleadingtoPID.（某些情况下还是会增加发生PID的危险的）
感觉预后主要还是不孕和盆底疼痛这两个比较烦
